Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
